[目的]以花翅摇蚊(Chironomus kiiensis)为暴露对象,采用急性毒性试验方法研究了杀菌剂戊唑醇对花翅摇蚊幼虫的毒性以及对抗氧化酶系统的影响。[结果]戊唑醇对花翅摇蚊1龄和4龄幼虫48 h的EC50值分别为3.056、4.618 mg/L。各个取样时间之间CAT活性存在显著差异,0.5 mg/L处理组CAT活性先升高后降低,1.0、2.0 mg/L处理组持续降低;各质量浓度处理组与对照组间SOD活性均有显著差异,但变化并无一定规律;由于花翅摇蚊幼虫体内GSH-PX较低,未能用所购买试剂盒测出4龄幼虫体内的GSH-PX。
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to investigate the toxicity of tebuconazole, a bactericide, to Chironomus kiiensis and its effect on the antioxidant enzyme system using acute toxicity test. [Result] The EC50 values of tebuconazole at 48 h for 1st and 4th instar larvae were 3.056 and 4.618 mg / L, respectively. There was a significant difference in CAT activity between different sampling times. CAT activity in 0.5 mg / L treatment group increased first and then decreased, while 1.0 and 2.0 mg / L treatment group continued to decrease. SOD activity in each concentration group was significantly higher than that in control group However, the change did not have a certain rule. Due to the low GSH-PX in the larvae, the GSH-PX in the 4th instar larvae could not be measured with the purchased kit.
