设计施工总承包(DB)模式在目前建筑市场发展还不太成熟,很多DB模式的总承包商由设计单位和施工单位组成的联合体来承担,但由于各个成员对利益诉求的不同,导致对设计方案优化数量存在着博弈空间。文中通过构建Stackelberg博弈模型,分析联合体内部各成员面对设计方案更改所作出的决策,分析认为双方在该过程中彼此信任和相互沟通程度、各方综合能力、利益和风险分配比例等都会直接影响双方博弈行为。
