日本川崎钢铁公司以开发奥氏体无磁不锈钢为目的,研究了成分对奥氏体相的加工稳定性、TIG焊接部位δ铁素体的生成及焊接缺陷的影响。结果得出了19Cr-13Ni-1.0Mn-0.07C是无磁不锈钢最佳组成的结论。典型成分(重量%)为:0.07C,0.05Si,0.90Mn,0.025P,0.002S,19.5Cr,12.5Ni,0.50Cu,<0.05Mo,0.05N。与SUS316相比,其奥氏体加工稳定性极高,即使进行60%的强烈加工,也能保持充分的无磁性。因而也能提高板面硬度,确保耐磨性。这种无磁不锈钢的焊接性良好,焊接部位不生成δ铁素体,焊接状态的导磁率与母
