目的:探析EV71感染手足口病患儿免疫功能的临床情况。方法:选取我院接受治疗的EV71感染手足口病68例患儿为本次研究资料,并将其作为研究组,同期选取60例于我院健康查体儿童作为对照组。通过实施ELISA法检测,对比两组患儿血清中免疫球蛋白水平和炎症因子表达水平情况。结果:研究组患儿的TNF-α、IL-10和IL-6等血清炎症因子表达水平情况及IgM、IgG和IgA免疫球蛋白水平与对照组相比,研究组明显高于对照组,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体液和细胞免疫异常,存在于EV71感染手足口病患儿,其能增强体液免疫反应,降低细胞免疫功能,和病情具有一定的关联。
Objective: To investigate the clinical status of immune function in EV71 children with HFMD. Methods: Sixty-eight children with HFMD who underwent EV71 infection in our hospital were selected as the study data and selected as the study group. Sixty children with healthy physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group. Through the implementation of ELISA test, compared the two groups of children with serum immunoglobulin levels and inflammatory cytokine expression levels. Results: The serum levels of TNF-α, IL-10 and IL-6 and IgM, IgG and IgA immunoglobulin levels in study group were significantly higher than those in control group and control group There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Humoral and cellular immune abnormalities exist in children with hand-foot-mouth disease with EV71 infection, which enhances humoral immune responses and decreases cellular immune function, and is associated with the disease.
