水质中部分磷酸盐来源于动植物体内所含磷质,经过分解与氧化作用,最后生成磷酸盐。有时少量磷酸盐也来源于岩石及砂上中,大量磷酸盐来源于生活污水及工业废水以及土壤中。浮游藻类等水生生物生长繁盛的地面水,都含有多量的磷酸盐。磷酸盐有时也微量地存在于地下水中。 水样分析,分为两部分叙述。第一部分:饮用水及生活用水中可溶性磷酸盐的测定。第二部分:生活污水和工业废水中的全磷量的测定。凡是水样中进行全磷的测定,必须将水中的有机污染物破坏,一般采用高氯酸、硝酸、硫酸、过硫酸盐等消化氧化,
