本文先对20世纪90年代以来我国近代公司史研究现状进行了简单描述,然后分门别类地对近代中国公司制度史中“公司性”问题研究进行了述评,主要内容包括近代公司发展阶段及特点、公司法规、公司类型、数量分布、资本筹集、公司治理与管理等。 This article firstly briefly describes the current research on the history of corporate history in our country since the 1990s and then reviews the “corporate” issues in the history of the Chinese modern company in different categories. The main contents include the development stages and characteristics of the modern company, Regulations, company type, quantity distribution, capital raising, corporate governance and management.
