全球企业扩展解决方案与服务领先供应商SSA Global于2003年12月19日宣布:“系统软件联合全球科技有限公司已顺利收购全球供应链执行系统供应商EXE Technologies Inc”。这是SSAGlobal公司实现企业疆土拓展的又一次成功举措。在今年8月,SSA Global就签署了收购EXE科技公司的最终协议。购并之后,EXE科技公司将成为SSA Glob-al全资子公司。所有EXE科技公司普通股持有人的股票每股可获得7.10美元现金,不支付利息。
SSA Global, a leading global provider of enterprise expansion solutions and services, announced on December 19, 2003: “System Software Allied Global Technology Ltd. has successfully acquired EXE Technologies Inc., a global supplier of supply chain execution systems.” This is another successful move by SSAGlobal to expand its territory. In August this year, SSA Global signed the definitive agreement to acquire EXE Technologies. After the merger, EXE Technologies will become a wholly owned subsidiary of SSA Glob-al. All EXE Technologies common stock holders will receive $ 7.10 in cash per share without interest.
