合作教学是《数学课程标准》所倡导的重要学习方式,初中数学课堂合作教学活动是通过师生之间、学生之间多边互动,积极合作来完成教学任务的一种教学模式,它充分体现了在课堂教学中学生的主体地位,重视培养学生主体性创新学习,全面实施素质教育。但在新课程的实施过程中,合作学习往往只有形式而忽略了实质。本文通过对几种典型现象的透视,结合课题一年多来许多教师的实践经验,在积极寻求提高合作实效的策略方面作了以下探究:1.认真学习新理念,不断总结、反思。2.合理组建合作小组。3.加强合作方法指导和技能培养。4.善于把握合作时机,进行有效合作。5.科学评价合作学习。
Cooperative teaching is an important learning mode advocated by “Mathematics Curriculum Standard”. Cooperative teaching in junior high school mathematics classroom is a teaching mode that accomplishes teaching task through multilateral interaction and active cooperation among teachers, students and students. It fully embodies Students in the classroom teaching in the main position, attention to cultivate students' innovative learning, the full implementation of quality education. However, in the process of implementing the new curriculum, cooperative learning often only takes the form of ignoring the substance. Based on the perspectives of several typical phenomena and the practical experiences of many teachers over the past year or so, this article explores the strategies for improving the effectiveness of cooperation by studying the following aspects: 1. Studying new concepts conscientiously, summarizing and reflecting constantly. 2. Reasonable formation of cooperation team. 3. Strengthen co-operation guidance and skills development. 4. Good at grasping the timing of cooperation for effective cooperation. 5. Scientific evaluation of cooperative learning.
