节约能源、保护环境是生态文明建设的重要内容。在我国建筑能耗不断增长的形势下,对建筑节能政策调整的探讨具有重要的战略意义。分析梳理已有建筑节能政策及其历史变迁规律,有利于更好地完善政策并发挥其功能。
To save energy and protect the environment is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization. Under the situation of continuous increase of building energy consumption in our country, the discussion on the adjustment of building energy efficiency policy has important strategic significance. Analysis of existing building energy efficiency policies and historical changes of the law, is conducive to better policy and play its function.
