我国城乡二元结构导致城乡小学在办学条件、师资水平等方面存在很大的差距,大部分农村小学的资源配置、教师学历、年龄层次、教学观念等远远落后于城市小学。本文将以县级行政区口岸县为例,分析城乡小学办学条件、师资力量等的现状与差距,研究城乡小学教育资源均衡化存在的问题及解决策略。
Due to the dual structure of urban and rural areas in our country, there is a big gap between urban and rural primary schools in terms of schooling conditions, teachers ’level and so on. Most of rural primary schools lag behind urban primary schools in terms of resource allocation, teachers’ qualifications, age levels and teaching concepts. This paper will take County County as an example to analyze the status quo and gap between urban and rural primary schools in terms of school conditions, teachers’ strength and so on, and to study the existing problems and countermeasures of the balance of urban and rural primary education resources.
