理论研究表明,为满足高强度抗H2S套管钢的使用要求,可选用C,Mn,Cr和Mo为合金元素,要求S,P和Si的含量尽量低,回火温度尽量高.本文用正交设计来确定C,Mn,Cr和Mo的范围.用国外同类钢种的数据代管实验室试验进行正交分析.按设计的成分直接进行批量生产,获得成功,在两年内完成了新钢种的设计,开发和使用.
Theoretical studies show that C, Mn, Cr and Mo are alloying elements to meet the requirements of high strength anti-H2S casing steel. The S, P and Si contents should be as low as possible and the tempering temperature should be as high as possible. This article uses orthogonal design to determine the C, Mn, Cr and Mo range. Orthogonal analysis of data from the same type of steel foreign escrow laboratory experiments. According to the design of the ingredients directly to mass production, to be successful, completed within two years the design of new steel, development and use.
