目的 :探讨德江县山川育才学校学生健康体检分析。方法 :本研究选取了2014年德江县山川育才学校1089例学生作为研究对象,在所有学生体检后,对其健康体检情况进行分析,观察学生的健康体检情况。结果 :与女生相比,男生的身高、体重及血压均明显升高(p<0.05)。1089例学生中,有150例为肥胖,肥胖率为13.8%;有175例为龋齿,龋齿率为16.1%;有926例为视力不良,视力不良率为85.0%。1089例学生的患病情况为:81例学生为高血压,高血压患病率为7.4%;55例学生为脊柱异常,脊柱异常患病率为5.1%;38例学生为心脏异常,心脏异常患病率为3.5%;146例学生为沙眼,沙眼患病率为13.4%。结论 :分析学生健康体检情况对提高疾病的综合防治水平,保障学生身体健康具有重要意义。
Objective: To explore the health check-up of students in mountain rivers and mountains-educated schools in Dejiang County. Methods: In this study, 1089 students from Shanchuan Yucai School in Dejiang County in 2014 were selected as research subjects. After all the students took physical examination, their health examination was analyzed to observe the students’ health examination. Results: Compared with girls, boys’ height, weight and blood pressure were significantly increased (p <0.05). Of the 1089 students, 150 were obese with an obesity rate of 13.8%; 175 were dental caries and dental caries were 16.1%; 926 were poor eyesight and 85.0% were visually impaired. The prevalence of 1089 students was: 81 students were hypertension, the prevalence of hypertension was 7.4%; 55 students were spine abnormalities, the prevalence of spinal abnormalities was 5.1%; 38 cases of abnormal heart, abnormal heart The prevalence rate was 3.5%; 146 students were trachoma, the prevalence of trachoma was 13.4%. Conclusion: Analyzing the situation of students’ health examination is of great importance to improve the comprehensive prevention and treatment of diseases and protect the health of students.
