目的探讨腮腺良性肿瘤的手术治疗原则。方法将136例腮腺良性肿瘤患者按不同术式分成两组,即传统术式组和改良术式(区域切除)组。对两组患者的手术时间长短、手术切口长度以及术后并发症发生率进行比较。结果传统术式组平均手术时间125 min,改良术式组平均手术时间86 min;传统术式组平均伤口长度18 cm,改良术式组平均伤口长度11 cm。术后两组患者并发暂时性面瘫和Frey综合征的发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),改良术式组优于传统术式组。两组患者术后复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良后的腮腺良性肿瘤区域切除术符合现代美学要求、缩短了手术时间,降低了术后并发症的发生率,是一种值得临床推广的术式。
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of parotid benign tumors. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients with benign parotid tumors were divided into two groups according to different surgical procedures: traditional surgical procedure and modified surgical procedure (regional resection). The length of operation, the incision length and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The average operative time was 125 min in the traditional operation group and 86 min in the modified operation group. The mean wound length was 18 cm in the traditional operation group and 11 cm in the modified operation group. There was significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of temporary facial paralysis and Frey syndrome (P <0.05). The modified operation group was superior to the traditional operation group. There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The modified parotid benign tumor resection meets the requirements of modern aesthetics, shortening the operation time and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications. It is a technique worthy of clinical promotion.
