石化行业与其他行业相比在信息化建设方面一直走在前列,而长岭炼油化工有限责任公司又是石化行业信息化建设的典型。究其原因主要有以下三个方面:一是石化属流程工业,是多环节耦合的操作,自动化程度较高,因此为计算机的应用提供了基础条件;第二在该行业计算机的应用易产生效益,见效高;第三人员素质较高,目前长岭炼油公司33％的人员是大中专以上学历。在采访中,记者还发现,很多企业用户对 IT 厂商提出相同的要求:希望 IT 厂商对企业进行深入的了解,要帮助、指导企业更好地建设 IT 系统,而不仅仅停留在卖产品的阶段。另外,就是本地化问题,IT 厂商在引入 ERP、BPR 等软件的同时,也将国外先进的管理模式和理念引入,但这些先进的管理软件在国内是否能够一步到位?是否真正适合国内企业的需求?因此希望 IT 厂商能够采用国外一些先进管理理念开发真正适应国内需求的产品或系统。
