用经过筛选的11 个籼粳分化特异探针对培矮64S、N422S、108S、LS2S等4 个不育系和57 份恢复系的DNA 籼粳分化程度进行了初步研究。结果表明,供试材料DNA 在籼粳分化程度上存在明显差异,表现在其TDj值的分布范围为0.0674~0.8864。大多数品种籼粳分化比较彻底,DNA 上处于典型籼粳之间的中间型的材料很少。培矮64S、中413、特青2 号、桂朝2号、晚三、密阳23 等品种的TDj值小于0.1,属于典型籼稻;优良三系杂交籼稻恢复系明恢63 和密阳46 虽然在分类上属于籼稻,但都含有一定粳稻成分。LS2S、零轮、C4182、C418、C411、中作9299、中作946、中花3 号、Mars等都为偏粳,它们的TDj值均小于秋光、中作93 等典型粳稻。通过部分品种的DNA 的TDj值与同工酶TDj值比较研究发现,二者结果基本一致,但DNA TDj值提高了检测不同品种遗传分化程度的灵敏度。
A total of 11 indica / japonica differentiation-specific probes were selected to screen the indica-japonica differentiation of 4 CMS lines and 57 restorer lines of Pei’ai 64S, N422S, 108S and LS2S. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the degree of indica-japonica differentiation of the tested materials, which showed that the TDj value ranged from 0.0674 to 0.8864. Most varieties of indica and japonica differentiation more complete, DNA in the middle of typical indica and japonica between the material is very small. The TDj values of Pei’ai 64S, Zhong 413, Teqing 2, Gui Chai 2, late 3 and Mieyang 23 were less than 0.1, belonging to typical indica rice. Through the comparison of the TDj value and the TDj value of some varieties of DNA, the results of the two methods are basically the same, but the DNA TDj value increases the sensitivity of detecting the degree of genetic differentiation of different varieties.
