海南邮政经过多年的信息化建设,已利用邮政综合网在企业内部生产、经营、管理等各个环节和窗口营业广泛实现了电子化作业。很好地促进了海南邮政的发展。然而,随着市场需求的变化和邮政业务的发展,现行的邮政综合网网络结构和应用系统模式的局限性越来越突出,已严重制约了海南邮政业务的进一步发展。笔者认为,海南邮政应根据本省的特点,走具有本省特色的信息化发展道路,即对全省的信息网络资源进行优化整合,以数据、应用为中心,实行全省的大集中管理,充分发挥“三流”融合优势,走虚拟运营商的发展道路。将海南邮政信息网络建设成满足社会发展需求、能实现综合业务的消费服务网络,从而创造海南邮政企业的服务品牌。
After many years of informatization construction, Hainan Post has made extensive use of the postal integrated network to realize its electronic operation in various aspects such as production, operation and management in the enterprise and its window operation. Focusing on data and application, Hainan Province should give full play to its large centralized management “Three streams” integration advantages, take the virtual operator’s development path. Hainan postal information network construction to meet the needs of social development, to achieve a comprehensive business consumer service network, thus creating a postal service brand in Hainan.
