目的:检测和评价吸入前列环素类似物——伊洛前列素对高海拔地区5 000m以上移居者缺氧性肺动脉高压血氧饱和度与心率的影响。为防治高原缺氧性肺动脉高压,减少高原移居者急慢性高原病的发生,寻觅新的方法和途径。方法:选择驻守在海拔5 000m以上地区一年、经超声心动图和心电图检测拟诊为肺动脉高压的青年30人。采用雾化吸入用伊洛前列素溶液前、后检测血氧饱和度(SaO2)和心率(HR),并进行前后结果对比。结果:吸入伊洛前列素溶液后较吸入前SaO2[(85.77±3.63)vs(81.27±3.51)]增高非常显著,(P<0.001);HR[(77.90±10.66)vs(85.57±10.25)]显著减慢(P<0.01)。结论:在高海拔地区吸入伊洛前列素溶液,有效地改善低氧环境条件下肺的氧合效率、显著提高动脉血氧饱和度,降低心率,从而使人体缺氧得以充分改善。
OBJECTIVE: To detect and evaluate the effect of inhaled prostacyclin-iloprost on oxygen saturation and heart rate in hypoxic pulmonary hypertention in settlements of more than 5000m in high altitude areas. In order to prevent plateau hypoxic pulmonary hypertension and reduce the occurrence of acute and chronic high altitude sickness in plateau migrants, find new ways and ways. Methods: A total of 30 young people who were diagnosed as pulmonary hypertension by echocardiography and electrocardiogram were selected and stationed in the area above 5000m altitude for one year. Oxygen inhalation with iloprost solution before and after the detection of oxygen saturation (SaO2) and heart rate (HR), and the results before and after comparison. Results: Compared with pre-inhaled SaO2 (85.77 ± 3.63 vs 81.27 ± 3.51), inhalation of iloprost solution showed a significant increase (P <0.001); HR [(77.90 ± 10.66) vs (85.57 ± 10.25) Significantly slowed down (P <0.01). Conclusion: The inhalation of iloprost solution in high altitude area can effectively improve the lung oxygenation efficiency under hypoxic environment, significantly improve arterial oxygen saturation and reduce heart rate, so that the human body can be fully reduced hypoxia.
