我和老伴都是在不到50岁时就发现高血压、冠心病、糖尿病的,身体每况愈下,以至于未到退休年龄就不能坚持正常工作了。可是近几年我们的血压降下来了,心绞痛和心律不齐消失了,血糖也不高了,精力相当充沛。有人说我们返老还童了,让我们说说经验。其实,我俩没用什么药,也没有什么高明的经验,不过有一点似乎是我们生命转机的关键要素,那就是“坚持节食”。5年节食(每顿七分饱)下来,使我们由胖变瘦,血压由高到低,心跳由快到慢,由乱到稳……节食,确让我们受益匪浅。

Our health deteriorated so much that we can not keep working until the retirement age. But in recent years our blood pressure has dropped, angina pectoris and arrhythmia disappeared, blood sugar is not high, energetic quite abundant. Some people say that we are rehabilitated, let us talk about experience. Actually, both of us useless medicine and have no clever experience. However, one point seems to be a key element of the turning point of our life. That is, “insist on diet.” 5-year diet (seven meals per full) down, so that we lose weight from fat, high to low blood pressure, rapid heartbeat from slow to steady ... ... diet, we really benefit.
