水利征地常常导致移民发生,应以人为本,保障移民的合法权益,满足移民生存与发展的需求。着眼国策,就我国水利征地和谐移民与可持续发展进行分析和探讨。
Land acquisition of water conservancy often leads to the occurrence of immigrants. People should be taken as the foundation to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of immigrants and meet the needs of the survival and development of immigrants. Focusing on national policy, this paper analyzes and discusses the harmonious migration and sustainable development of China’s water conservancy and land acquisition.
