随着国防工业的发展,在铝合金铸造领域里出现许多大型、复杂、薄壁铝合金铸件。对于这类铸件应采取复合凝固方式,即从整体说是同时凝固,铸件局部又是顺序凝固。不论铸件如何复杂,我们可以从铸件的壁厚、使用要求及金属液流路等方面分析,把铸件划分为同时凝固区域与顺序凝固区域。这样可针对两个不同的凝固区域,采取一系列相应的工艺措施,在生产条件下,实现这类铸件的复合凝固方式,从而获得质量良好的铸件。
With the development of national defense industry, many large, complicated and thin-wall aluminum alloy castings appear in the field of aluminum alloy casting. For such castings should be taken to solidification complex, that is from the whole is solidified at the same time, the casting is part of the order of solidification. Regardless of the complexity of the castings, we can analyze the wall thickness of the castings, the requirements of the application and the flow path of the molten metal to divide the castings into the simultaneous solidification zone and the sequential solidification zone. In this way, a series of corresponding process measures can be taken for two different solidified regions to achieve the composite solidification mode of such castings under the production conditions so as to obtain good quality castings.
