深化改革是搞好国有企业的必由之路。结合国有企业改革发展实际,山西省把推进信息公开作为深化国企改革的突破口,制定出台了《山西省省属国有企业财务等重大信息公开办法(试行)》,决定在省属国有企业中全面推行重大信息公开,市、县两级也要在所属国有企业中推行这一制度。这是保障人民群众合法权益的内在要求,是打造阳光国企、促进国企改革发展的有效措施,是加强企业党风廉政建设、推进反腐败斗争的迫切需要,也是健全社会信用体系的重要途径。
