泸州医学院附属中医医院近年来发展迅速,医、教、研工作态势良好,但由于医疗工作的复杂性及社会对医疗工作的期望值过高,发展的同时也带来一些问题。如何打造川滇黔渝结合部的中医集团领头羊,得到社会大众、广大员工的普遍认可,形成具有高度一致的医院内涵文化,对医院的深层建设和发展至关重要。为此,医院不断完善问题式管理模式,将问题式管理方式渗透到每个员工的思想、行为和工作环境中,取得满意的效果。
The Affiliated Chinese Medicine Hospital of Luzhou Medical College has developed rapidly in recent years, and the medical, teaching and research work is in good condition. However, due to the complexity of medical work and the high expectation of the medical work in the community, the development also brings some problems. How to build a leading group of Chinese medicine corporations in the junction of Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou and Chongqing has been widely recognized by the general public and the general staff, forming a highly consistent culture of hospital connotation, which is of vital importance to the hospital’s deep construction and development. To this end, the hospital constantly improve the problem-based management mode, the problem-based management approach to infiltrate each employee’s thinking, behavior and work environment, and achieved satisfactory results.
