目的探讨新生儿脐血中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞CD64、CD16表达的临床特点。方法对我院近2个月产科顺产分娩的健康足月新生儿共20例,利用流式细胞技术进行脐血中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞CD64、CD16表达的测定,与同期30例健康成人检测结果比较,以SPSS10.0软件进行统计学处理。结果脐血中性粒细胞CD64表达的平均荧光道数(171.23±83.97道尔顿),高于成人对照组(98.05±44.92道尔顿),差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);而CD16的表达(939.12±140.61道尔顿)明显低于对照组(1269.44±107.35道尔顿)(P<0.01)。脐血淋巴细胞CD64、CD16表达的平均荧光道数(37.66±4.85道尔顿、84.42±51.23道尔顿)与成人淋巴细胞CD64、CD16的表达相比较(34.77±5.32道尔顿、81.07±50.11道尔顿)无显著性差异(P>0.05)。脐血单核细胞CD64表达的平均荧光道数(291.08±118.91道尔顿)与成人单核细胞CD64(256.61±143.02道尔顿)比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);而CD16的表达(67.99±19.46道尔顿)较对照组(49.60±17.75道尔顿)明显升高(P<0.01)。结论脐血中性粒细胞CD64高水平表达,而CD16的表达降低;单核细胞CD16的表达升高。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of neonatal cord blood neutrophil, lymphocyte and monocyte CD64 and CD16 expression. Methods A total of 20 healthy full-term newborns delivered obstetric and obstetrical births in our hospital in the past 2 months were measured. The expression of CD64 and CD16 in cord blood neutrophils, lymphocytes and monocytes were determined by flow cytometry, Cases of healthy adult test results compared to SPSS10.0 software for statistical analysis. Results The mean number of CD43 expression in umbilical cord blood neutrophils (171.23 ± 83.97 daltons) was significantly higher than that in adult controls (98.05 ± 44.92 daltons) (P <0.01) (939.12 ± 140.61 daltons) was significantly lower than that of the control group (1269.44 ± 107.35 daltons) (P <0.01). The mean number of fluorescent channels (37.66 ± 4.85 Daltons, 84.42 ± 51.23 Daltons) in cord blood lymphocytes compared with that of adult lymphocytes (34.77 ± 5.32 daltons, 81.07 ± 50.11) Dalton) no significant difference (P> 0.05). The average number of CD46 positive cells (291.08 ± 118.91 daltons) in cord blood mononuclear cells was not significantly different from that in adult monocytes (256.61 ± 143.02 daltons) (P> 0.05) (67.99 ± 19.46 Daltons) was significantly higher than that of the control group (49.60 ± 17.75 Daltons) (P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of CD16 on umbilical cord blood neutrophil is high but the expression of CD16 is decreased. The expression of CD16 in mononuclear cells is increased.
