作者对大白菜品种内、品种间及白菜和油菜种间杂种F_1及其相应的两亲本进行了过氧化物酶同工酶谱的分析比较。结果表明,品种内不同系之间杂交,杂种F_1与其两亲本的酶谱图式基本一致。不同品种之间杂交,杂种F_1与其两亲本的酶谱中A带的迁移率有明显差异。而在白菜与油菜种间杂交后代中,杂种与其两亲本的酶谱图式,除去A带的迁移率有差异外,随着植株发育时期的不同,杂种与其两亲本的酶谱还发生一系列变化。这些结果,除了说明杂种的酶谱图式与亲本的亲缘关系远近有一定联系之外,还为从生化角度分析杂种提供了依据。
The authors analyzed and compared peroxidase isoenzyme patterns between F1 hybrids and their corresponding parents in Chinese cabbage and Chinese cabbage cultivars. The results showed that the patterns of the hybrids between F1 hybrids and their parents were basically the same among breeds within different breeds. There were significant differences in the mobility of A band in the zymogram of hybrid F 1 and its two parents among different varieties. However, in the interspecific hybrid between Chinese cabbage and rape, the zymogram of hybrids and their parents showed that there was a difference in the mobility of the A bands. With the different developmental stages of the plants, the zymograms of the hybrids and their parents also occurred a series of Variety. These results, in addition to indicating hybrid map of the genetic relationship with the parental proximity has some contact, but also provide a basis for biochemical analysis of hybrids.
