目的:研究小学生纯音听阈特点及听力损失。方法:测试了405名小学生双耳各9个频率的纯青听同。结果:小学生听力损失的检出率为19.2%听力损失的频率分布主要在高频段(4000—8000Hz),听力损失的程度主要在26~40dB之间,男性儿童听力损失出现率(23.6%)高于女性(14.5%)。单耳听力损失的出现率(14.8%)高于双耳(4.4%)。左耳听力损失的出现率(14.6%)高于右耳(9.1%),无性别差异。结论:小学生听力损失检出率常见,听力损失频率及程度、表现,符合噪声对听力早期影响的基本规律。
Objective: To study pure tone threshold characteristics and hearing loss of pupils. Methods: Totally 405 primary school students were tested for pure frequency at 9 frequencies. Results: The frequency of hearing loss in primary school students was 19.2%. The frequency distribution of hearing loss was mainly in the high frequency range (4000-8000Hz), the degree of hearing loss was mainly in the range of 26-40dB, and the incidence of hearing loss in male children was high (23.6%) For women (14.5%). The incidence of hearing loss in one ear (14.8%) was higher than that in both ears (4.4%). The incidence of left ear hearing loss (14.6%) was higher than that of the right ear (9.1%), with no gender differences. Conclusion: The detection rate of hearing loss of primary students is common, the frequency and degree of hearing loss, performance, in line with the basic rules of noise on early hearing.
