针对大型氮氢气压缩机活塞杆断裂的断口,在常规机械性能检查的基础上利用电子显微镜进行分析研究,特别是在微观检查中证明了氢裂纹的存在,并发现了晶界腐蚀、凹坑、白斑等明显的氢脆特征,得出了断口属于疲劳性质环境断裂的结论;同时对初始裂纹及裂纹生成过程等方面也进行了探讨。
In view of the fracture of the piston rod of the large-scale nitrogen-hydrogen compressor, the fracture of the piston rod of the large-scale nitrogen-hydrogen compressor was analyzed by using the electron microscope on the basis of the conventional mechanical inspection. Especially in the microscopic examination, the existence of the hydrogen crack was confirmed and the grain boundary corrosion, Leucorrhea and other obvious hydrogen embrittlement characteristics, and concluded that the fracture belongs to the fatigue nature of the environmental fracture conclusion; the same time, the initial crack and crack formation process are also discussed.
