21世纪是我国利用地下空间的世纪,随着社会经济的不断发展和城市化进程的快速推进,城市建设用地日趋紧张,目前龙岩主城区地下空间开发利用正在进入快车道,地下建筑、地下管廊、人防工程、地下交通等地下工程都进入全面建设阶段。龙岩盆地为断陷构造岩溶盆地,岩溶发育,蕴藏着丰富的承压岩溶地下水,其静储量和动储量都相当大[1]。丰富的地下水资源一方面给人们的生活生产提供用水保障和储备,同时又对本地区地下空间开发利用,尤其是地下工程深基坑施工带来隐患甚至造成令人畏惧的灾害。基坑一旦发生突涌事故处治极为困难,效果往往事倍功半。通过实际工程案例,分析本地区岩溶承压水突涌的特点、成因,阐述工程勘察中客观、准确评价建筑场地水文地质条件的重要性,探讨防治基坑突涌的措施、方法,对从事岩土工程勘察、设计和地下工程施工的相关工程技术人员有一定借鉴意义和参考价值。
The 21st century is the century for our country to use underground space. With the continuous development of social economy and the rapid progress of urbanization, the land for urban construction is becoming increasingly tense. At present, the development and utilization of the underground space in the main urban area of Longyan is entering into the fast lane, underground building, underground pipe gallery , Civil air defense projects, underground transportation and other underground projects have entered a stage of building an all-round. Longyan Basin is a karst basin constructed by fault depression, with karst development and abundant underpressured karst groundwater, both of which have quite large reserves of static and dynamic reserves [1]. On the one hand, abundant groundwater resources provide water protection and reserve for people’s life and production, at the same time bring hidden dangers and even daunting disasters to the development and utilization of underground space in this area, especially the deep foundation pit construction in underground engineering. In the event of sudden surge in the pit treatment is extremely difficult, the effect is often less effective. Through the actual project case, this paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of karst water burst in this area, expounds the importance of objectively and accurately evaluating the hydrogeological conditions in the construction site, and discusses the measures and methods to prevent and control the outburst of the foundation pit. Engineering and geological exploration, design and construction of underground engineering related technical personnel have some reference and reference value.
