各市、州、县人民政府,各军分区(警备区),省政府各部门:“十五”以来,全省人民防空建设以党的十六大精神、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,认真贯彻第四次全国人民防空会议精神,深入落实《人民防空法》,以军事斗争应急准备为牵引,开拓创新,扎实工作,圆满完成了全省人防建设“十五”计划。为激励先进,进一步推进我省人民防空建设,省人民政府、省军区决定,对宜昌市等8个先进城市,武汉市人防办等25个先进单位予以表彰(名单附后)。
