美国琼斯-劳林钢公司的印第安纳港和克利夫兰工厂开发的新传搁时间和均热炉操作法,是将带有10~30%液芯的沸腾、瓶口和半镇静钢钢锭装入均热炉进行加热。在加热过程中有一段不加热或低速加热期,使液芯钢锭在一个接近于常规的加热速度下进行芯部凝固。钢锭的在炉时间从过去的6~8h,缩短为3~5h,平均燃耗为0.050~0.11 3×10~6kcal/t。总的经济效果是:提高均热炉生产能力30%,降低燃料消耗20%,钢锭的表面氧化铁皮减少,避免了快速加热中因应力产生的裂纹,有利于提高钢坯收得率。对板坯和成品材进行的冶金检验证明:新操作法与常规加热质量并无差别。这种新的加热方法是建立在人工操作基础上的。进一步的设想是采用电子计算机掌握从炼
The new spread-time and soaking-hearth furnace operation developed at Jones Lang Laines in Indiana and Cleveland in the United States puts the boiling, bottleneck and semi-killed steel ingot with 10-30% Furnace for heating. During heating, there is an unheated or low-speed heating period, which causes the liquid core ingot to solidify at a core near a normal heating rate. Steel ingot in the furnace time from the past 6 ~ 8h, shortened to 3 ~ 5h, the average fuel consumption of 0.050 ~ 0.11 3 × 10 ~ 6kcal / t. The overall economic results are as follows: increasing the production capacity of soaking furnace by 30%, reducing the fuel consumption by 20%, reducing the scale of the oxide scale on the ingot, avoiding the crack due to stress during rapid heating, and improving the yield of billet. Metallurgical examination of slabs and finished products proves that there is no difference between the new method of operation and the conventional heating quality. This new heating method is based on manual operation. A further idea is to use electronic computer control from refining
