随着信息技术和制造技术的发展,井漏作为在钻井过程中经常遇到的问题,迫切需要一种自动在线环空液面监测系统预测漏层位置、成功堵漏以确保井控安全性。在介绍环空液面监测原理的基础上,自动在线环空液面监测系统对手动环空液面监测系统进行了较大的改进。PLC控制装置的引进、TWM软件分析系统和PLC控制系统的结合,界面操作方便性和安全性大大提高,远程控制距离可达100 m。该研究可以自动在线、安全快捷监测漏层位置,试验证明该研究可行性强、准确性高,具有广泛的应用前景。
With the development of information technology and manufacturing technology, as one of the most frequently encountered problems in well drilling, the loss of wellhead leak urgently needs an automatic on-line monitoring system to predict the position of the leakage layer and successfully plug the well to ensure well control safety. On the basis of introducing the principle of annular level monitoring, the automatic online annulus level monitoring system has been greatly improved on the manual annulus level monitoring system. The introduction of PLC control device, the combination of TWM software analysis system and PLC control system greatly improves the convenience and safety of the interface operation, and the remote control distance can reach 100 m. The study can automatically, safely and quickly monitor the location of the leaky layer. The experiment proves that the study is feasible and accurate, and has a wide range of application prospects.
