分层教学法是目前高中数学课堂中最常用的一种教学方法,但是,教师在应用分层教学法时,往往只是将学生个体进行分层,至于教学的其它方面还是“一如既往”。这种实施方法不但局限性强,而且很难发挥分层教学的真正优势。笔者认为,真正的分层教学法应该符合多样性原则,如对学生个体的分层、对课堂习题的分层、学习方案的分层等。只有这样,才能真正实现课堂教学“以生为本”的目的,并充分激发学生学习数学的信心和动力,从而提高高中生学习数学的整体质量。
Stratified teaching method is the most commonly used teaching method in high school mathematics classroom at present. However, when teachers apply stratified teaching method, they tend to stratify their individual students. As for the other aspects of teaching, they are still “as always”. This method of implementation not only has its limitations, but also makes it difficult to exert the real advantage of hierarchical teaching. The author believes that the real stratified pedagogy should be consistent with the principle of diversity, such as stratification of individual students, stratification of classroom exercises, stratification of learning programs. Only in this way can we really achieve the goal of classroom-based teaching and student-centered teaching, and fully stimulate students’ confidence and motivation in learning mathematics so as to improve the overall quality of learning mathematics for senior high school students.
