本文对CO_2半自动气体保护焊和手工电弧焊分别用于螺栓球节点网架杆件焊接进行了质量和经济性的数据分析对比。用六万余根杆件生产的统计数据说明了无论在质量还是经济性方面,CO_2气体保护焊用于网架的工厂化生产都具有优越性和推广价值。
In this paper, CO_2 semi-automatic gas shielded arc welding and manual arc welding were used for bolting ball grid rod member welding quality and economy data analysis and comparison. Statistics produced with more than 60,000 rods demonstrate the superiority and value of CO 2 gas shielded welding for the industrial production of grids in terms of quality and economy.
