目的:对长毛风毛菊中的苯丙素类化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法:运用硅胶柱色谱、高效液相制备色谱分离纯化,根据波谱数据确定化合物结构。结果:从长毛风毛菊中分离得到7个苯丙素类化合物,分别鉴定为:伞形花内酯(1)、东莨菪内酯(2)、咖啡酸(3)、七叶内酯(4)、茵芋苷(5)、东莨菪苷(6)、绿原酸(7)。结论:其中,化合物3、4、7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To isolate and identify the phenylpropanoid chemical constituents of Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structure of the compounds was confirmed by spectral data. Results: Seven compounds of phenylpropanoids were isolated from the two species of Humulus dahurica, identified as Umbelliferae (1), scopoletin (2), caffeic acid (3), aesculetin ), Gentian (5), scopolamine (6), chlorogenic acid (7). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 3,4,7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
