在文献分析和专家访谈的基础上,结合维修差错管理特点编制差错管控绩效测度问卷。对问卷数据进行条目分析和探索性因素分析确定问卷条目和结构,采用克朗巴赫法进行同质信度分析,运用内容效度比进行效度分析,问卷包含6个维度(政策和程序、技术文件、组织机构、设施及环境、持续性培训及安全文化)共26个条目。问卷信效分析结论表明,问卷结构、同质信度、内容效度达到测量要求,实例验证了维修差错管控绩效问卷编制的科学性和适用性,表明该问卷适用于航空维修单位差错管控绩效测度分析,为下一步开展差错管控绩效分析提供基础。
On the basis of literature analysis and expert interviews, error management and control performance measurement questionnaire was prepared based on the characteristics of maintenance error management.
