目的:评价健美操锻炼对大学女生形体效果的影响,探讨改善女生体型和增强体质的适宜运动处方。方法:检索CNKI及万方数据库有关健美操对大学女生身体形态影响的文献,对纳入文献进行质量评估及数据提取,并进行Meta分析。结果:三围指标与锻炼前平均围度相比,胸围明显增加,腰围和臀围显著减少。亚组分析表明,中等以上运动强度、锻炼时间≥6个月、持续时间45~60min,运动频率为每周≥3次的体育锻炼能明显改善腰围,每周<3次的运动频率也能达到增加胸围和减少臀围的目的。结论:健美操锻炼能有效地改善大学女生三围,改变其身体曲线,使体型变得匀称,研究结果中改善女生三围的运动处方将为大学女生制定个性化锻炼计划提供一定的理论依据。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of aerobics exercise on female college students’ body shape, and discuss the suitable exercise prescription to improve female body shape and physical fitness. Methods: CNKI and Wanfang database were searched for the literature about the influence of aerobics on body shape of college girls, the quality evaluation and data extraction of the included literature, and the meta-analysis. Results: Compared with the average circumference before exercise, the measurement of chest circumference obviously increased, the waist circumference and hip circumference decreased significantly. Sub-group analysis showed that moderate to moderate exercise intensity, exercise time ≥ 6 months, duration 45 ~ 60min, exercise frequency ≥ 3 times per week physical activity can significantly improve waist circumference, weekly <3 times the exercise frequency can be achieved Increase the bust and reduce the purpose of the hips. Conclusion: Aerobics exercise can effectively improve the measurements of college girls, change their body curves and make the body shape become symmetrical. The exercise prescription that improves the measurements of girls in the research results will provide some theoretical basis for the college girls to make personalized exercise programs.
