目的 研究国产丁咯地尔 [4- (1 -吡咯烷基 ) - 1 - (2 ,4,6 -三甲基苯基 ) - 1 -丁酮盐酸盐 ]对新生 SD大鼠单个脑细胞内游离钙的抑制作用及其机制。方法 应用 AR- CM- MIC阳离子测定系统测量细胞内游离钙 ([Ca2 + ]i)。结果 在细胞外钙为1 .3mm ol· L- 1 ,去甲肾上腺素诱导的细胞内 [Ca2 + ]i增高可被丁咯地尔明显抑制 ,对组胺诱导的 [Ca2 + ]i增高具有一定的抑制作用 ,对氯化钾诱导的 [Ca2 + ]i增高无明显抑制。结论 丁咯地尔是一种α肾上腺素能受体阻断剂 ,有弱的钙拮抗作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of domestic buflomidine on single brain cells of neonatal SD rats [4- (1 - pyrrolidinyl) - 1 - (2,4,6 - trimethylphenyl) -1 - butanone hydrochloride] Inhibition of intracellular free calcium and its mechanism. Methods Intracellular free calcium ([Ca2 +] i) was measured using the AR-CM-MIC cation assay system. Results In the extracellular calcium of 1.3mmol · L -1, norepinephrine-induced intracellular [Ca 2+] i increase was significantly inhibited by buflomedil, histamine-induced [Ca 2+] i increased with Certain inhibition, no significant inhibition of [Ca2 +] i induced by potassium chloride. Conclusions Buflomedil is an alpha adrenergic receptor blocker with weak calcium antagonism.
