利用显示动力学有限元分析方法,模拟了波纹轨腰钢轨的轧制过程;分析了轧制速度、压下量、轧件初始厚度对轧制力的影响。在燕山大学三机架万能轧机上进行了波纹轨腰钢轨的轧制实验,在相同的轧制条件下,实验所得的轧制力与数值模拟所得的轧制力基本相符,证明了理论分析的正确性。说明用数值模拟所得的轧制力能参数能够用于指导实际生产中工艺参数的制定。
The finite element analysis of display dynamics was used to simulate the rolling process of corrugated rail waist.
