备用电源自投装置(简称备自投)是电力系统提高供电可靠性的一种有效手段。电网中某一N-1故障可能导致多个备自投动作,为此制定合理的备自投投退控制策略需考虑多个备自投之间的投退组合以及上下级备自投动作时限的配合问题。分析了备用电源侧容量极限对备自投的影响,在对负荷按可靠性需求进行分类的基础上,提出了基于负荷分类的备自投配合及投退控制策略,该策略能够保证设备安全运行的同时,提供最优的供电方案。算例分析表明,高峰负荷时该策略能够保证地区电网整体的供电可靠性,符合电网的实际情况,具有一定的实用性。
