笔者通过年栽培试验,摸索出了一套黑木耳墙式栽培新工艺。它比阳畦栽培节省占地面积60%,比吊袋栽培节省占地面积30%~50%。特别是它能将杂菌污染控制在最低水平,且管理方便,产质量明显提高。现将该技术简介如下; (一)栽培袋制作 用17×60cm低压聚乙烯筒料,一端扎口热熔封牢,装料后端面压平,盖一层石灰或草木灰后即成直径10.5cm长40cm的料棒。直立排入锅中100℃灭菌14小时。常规接种。为了提高制种效率和成品率,最好采用塑料钉菌种接种,接好的菌袋直立排放培养,一般30天左右菌丝可发满袋。 (二)菌墙建造 菌棒与墙同向,以直径1~2cm竹木条做骨架。首先在地面顺成墙方向划线,铺一层砖,在砖上排一行菌袋,按间距20cm在袋两侧紧靠菌袋各插一排竹木条做骨架,然后排放第二层。层间菌袋相错压住,似瓦工砌12cm砖墙法。每铺3层,用细绳将菌棒两侧竹竿扎住。砌10~20层均可,为了牢固,可隔一定距离埋一立柱,要求必须坚固以防倒塌。
