拉氏(鱼岁)耗氧率与窒息点的研究

用呼吸室法测定了体质量分别为(3.75±0.50),(8.35±0.47),(13.70±0.33)g的拉氏鱼岁在不同水温(10,15,20,25℃)下耗氧率、耗氧量,并测定了体质量分别为(3.71±0.15),(8.47±0.21),(13.65±0.23)g拉氏鱼岁溶解氧临界窒息点的变化。结果表明:相同水温时,拉氏鱼岁的耗氧率(Y’)与体质量(W)呈负相关,耗氧量(Y)与鱼体质量(W)呈正相关,溶解氧临界窒息点(Y″)与鱼体质量(W)呈显著负相关。相同体质量,10℃与15℃、20℃、25℃间耗氧率和耗氧量差异均显著,15℃、20℃、25℃3个温度之间耗氧率与耗氧量差异均不显著。体质量(3.71±0.15)g,10℃与15℃、20℃、25℃溶解氧临界窒息点差异显著,15℃、20℃、25℃之间溶解氧临界窒息点差异不显著;体质量(8.47±0.21)g,10℃与15℃、20℃、25℃溶解氧临界窒息点差异显著,15℃与20℃、25℃溶解氧临界窒息点差异显著,20℃、25℃2个温度组溶解氧临界窒息点差异不显著;体质量(13.65±0.23)g,相邻2温度组溶解氧临界窒息点差异不显著,相间2温度组溶解氧临界窒息点差异显著。拉氏鱼岁的耗氧率存在着明显的昼夜变化规律,高峰时段分别出现在06:00~09:00和18:00~22:00。拉氏鱼岁溶解氧临界窒息点为(0.27±0.05)~(0.55±0.05)mg/L,表明其耐低氧能力较强,对水中溶解氧要求不高,在生产上适合高密度集约化养殖。 The respiration chamber method was used to determine the oxygen consumption rate of larval fish at different water temperatures (10, 15, 20 and 25 ℃) with body mass of (3.75 ± 0.50), (8.35 ± 0.47) and (13.70 ± 0.33) , And the oxygen consumption. There was no significant difference in the critical asphyxia point of dissolved oxygen between the two temperature groups of 20 ℃ and 25 ℃. There was no significant difference in the critical asphyxia point of dissolved oxygen between the body mass (13.65 ± 0.23) g and adjacent 2 temperature group, There was a significant difference between the two groups in the critical point of asphyxiation of dissolved oxygen at the interphase 2 temperature range.The apparent oxygen consumption rate of the larvae was significantly different from daytime to nighttime at 06: 00-09: 00 and 18: 00-22: 00 respectively Fish dissolve Asphyxiation critical point (0.27 ± 0.05) ~ (0.55 ± 0.05) mg / L, which showed strong resistance to hypoxia ability, less demanding of dissolved oxygen in water, suitable for high density intensive culture in production.
