一、前言 埋管的磨损、腐蚀是流化床运行中一个严重问题。目前尚无很有效的解决办法。一般多从材料着手,设法寻求耐磨、耐腐材料,有的甚至采取加厚管壁以延长寿命。此外,还从埋管结构考虑,置埋管成一定倾斜度和设置鳍片。这些措施收到了一定程度的效果,但尚不能根本上解决问题。参照含尘气流冲刷管子时磨损量的一般规律,磨损量δ是下列
