以伤寒副伤寒甲乙混合菌苗作为激活物观察了银翘散和氢化可的松对体外培养MNC合成释放EP的影响。结果表明银翘散对EP合成无明显影响,氢化可的松则可明显抑制之。提示银翘散的解热作用可能在于阻断EP产生以后的环节。
The effects of Yinqiao powder and hydrocortisone on the synthesis and release of EP from cultured MNCs were observed with typhoid fever and paratyphoid A and B mixed vaccines as activators. The results show that Yinqiaosan has no obvious effect on EP synthesis, and hydrocortisone can significantly inhibit it. It is suggested that the antipyretic effect of Yinqiaosan may lie in blocking the links after EP is produced.
