低温精馏法空气分离过程中,为促进工作效率的提高,采取措施降低能耗是必要的,受到相关单位重视和关注。具体来说,低温精馏法空气分离的能耗主要表现在精馏过程、压缩过程、冷损、氧气提取率、氧气纯度等方面。为降低能耗,实现节能的目的,需要改进装置设计,空气分离塔下塔使用填料塔,并控制膨胀空气量和过热度。
