GERON Card Clothing （Jiangsu） Co.， Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of card elements in China. At the upcoming ITMA 2015， GERON will make its first appearance together with its major products. On this occasion， the reporter of China Textile found an opportunity to have an interview with GERON.
According to GERON， the overseas business accounted around 8% from such countries as India， Vietnam， Indonesia， Pakistan， Bangladesh， Russian， and Thailand. The sales turnover saw an increase of 25% over the same period of last year， mainly thanks to the efforts in market development and brand promotion which gradually won customers’ recognition； thus， the company has been enjoying a steady growth in customer number as well as an increase of sales turn over.
“The main purpose for attending the show is to have a better understanding of our counterparts in order to follow the development trend and development rule. The second one is to build the brand in the foreign market to improve the brand popularity and company image. The third is to concentrate the customers through the platform of the exhibition for better exchange and negotiation. The last but not the least， it is expected to expand the market channel.”
As for the differences between domestic and overseas enterprises requirements to the textile machinery， “For the carding equipment， the material is different for customers in different areas. The production requirements are different such as the different cotton rash. For the high cotton trash， we have already optimized the production design and improved the remove efficiency to meet the customers’ requirements.”
