0 Introduction RC-160 is an emerging analogue of somatostatin and has received attention in recent years due to its role in inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and abnormal secretion. Studies have shown that human small cell lung cancer (SCLC) cell line NCI -The surface of H446 is rich in somatostatin receptors, through which it can mediate the inhibitory effect of RC-160 on NCI-H446. There is no report in China yet. We have applied cell biology methods.
