连杆机构在重型机械中应用很广,其中四杆机构在轧钢厂的辅助机械设备上,应用尤为常见。但是,至今还没能对一切铰链四杆机构的尺寸类型和传动角极大值、极小值的关系,建立起全面而系统的图谱。作者利用铰链四杆机构的空间模型以及对应机架参数d值的三座标平面区间图,经过电子计算机运算,解决了这一问题。本文还对所得结果进行了分析说明和讨论。
Linkage mechanism is widely used in heavy machinery, of which four-bar mechanism in the rolling mill auxiliary machinery and equipment, the application is particularly common. However, up to now, it has not been possible to establish a comprehensive and systematic map of the relationship between the size and the maximum and minimum values of the hinge four-bar mechanism. The author solves this problem by using the space model of the hinge four-bar mechanism and the three-coordinate plane interval map corresponding to the d value of the rack. The article also analyzes and explains the results obtained.
