从不同次数短日处理的晚稻叶片中提取DNA和RNA,研究了RNA含量的变化对水稻及牵牛花成花诱导的影响。结果表明叶片中RNA的含量随短日处理次数而增加;用生长点已分化的水稻植株的核酸(RNA.DNA)喷施叶面,处理营养生长的水稻,可以促进其抽穗;将短日处理不同天数及光中断处理的水稻叶片RNA,注射到牵牛花幼苗的下胚轴中,RNA的来源不同其诱导成花的效果也不同。表明水稻经一定的光周期诱导后,体内的核酸发生了某种改变。
DNA and RNA were extracted from the leaves of different rice varieties treated with short days, and the effect of RNA content on the induction of flower formation in rice and morning glory was studied.
