森林防火瞭望塔是森林火情监视工作者为了观察和监控森林火情的专门场所,能够有助于发现火情后及时报警。我国在森林火情监测方面的发展历史较短,当前主要是依靠瞭望塔的监测为主要方式,辅以巡航飞机以及卫星监测方式。故而瞭望塔在森林防火体系当中至关重要,瞭望塔的重要工作任务即为在最短的时间内发现到火情,然后随时监控火情的变化,有效控制火势蔓延,并为防火决策的制定提供具体详细的火情报告。因此,必须重视森林防火瞭望塔的防雷设计问题。本文主要就当前森林防火瞭望塔的防雷现状展开分析,并研究了防雷设计的因素,防雷设计的依据和方案,以供同行的交流与参考。
The Forest Fire Watchtower is a dedicated site for forest fire watch workers to observe and monitor forest fires and can help to alert the firefighters in time to find out about the fire. The development of forest fire monitoring in our country has a short history. Currently, the monitoring of the tower is the main method, supplemented by cruise aircraft and satellite monitoring methods. Therefore, the watch tower in the forest fire prevention system which is crucial, the task of the watch tower is to find the fire in the shortest possible time, and then monitor the changes in the fire at any time to effectively control the spread of fire and provide fire prevention and decision-making to provide Specific detailed fire report. Therefore, we must pay attention to the design of the forest fire prevention watch lightning protection design. This paper mainly analyzes the current lightning protection tower status of the forest fire protection, and studies the factors of lightning protection design, lightning protection design basis and program for peer exchange and reference.
