小麦盐胁迫处理后发现,强耐盐品种(961、R-025、鲁德1号和R-017)细胞壁结合的羟脯氨酸及糖蛋白合成显著高于盐敏感品种(东103和中国春);品种间的游离脯氨酸含量与其耐盐性关系不明显。电镜观察结果表明:盐胁迫过程中强耐盐品种其细胞表面糖蛋白层明显增厚、致密,而盐敏感品种则变薄、脱落甚至完全消失,游离到细胞间隙中。细胞壁糖蛋白的积累是小麦品种耐盐性反应的重要生化机制,在小麦的耐盐生理活动中起着重要作用。
The results showed that the synthesis of hydroxyproline and glycoprotein bound by the cell wall of salt-tolerant cultivars (961, R-025, Rudder 1 and R-017) was significantly higher than that of salt-sensitive cultivars (East 103 and Chinese Spring) ); The content of free proline among cultivars was not significantly correlated with its salt tolerance. Electron microscopy observations showed that the salt-tolerant cultivars were significantly thicker and denser than the salt-tolerant cultivars, whereas the salt-sensitive cultivars were thinner, shedding or even disappearing completely, and disappeared into the intercellular space. Accumulation of cell wall glycoproteins is an important biochemical mechanism of salt tolerance in wheat cultivars and plays an important role in salt-tolerant physiological activities of wheat.
