基于对铌微合金化技术的系统研究,对X60管线钢的化学成分进行设计,针对薄板坯连铸连轧生产线的特点,对生产过程的各项工艺参数进行控制,得到了87 mm×1 538 mm的薄铸坯;采取控制轧制和控制冷却技术,轧后得到7.9 mm×1 538 mm的板卷。经检测,生产的管线钢组织没有混晶现象,各项力学性能都达到了要求。观察冲击断口,发现延展性韧窝,没有分层现象,生产的X60达到了API-5L标准和工程使用要求。
Based on the systematic study of niobium microalloyed technology, the chemical composition of X60 pipeline steel was designed. According to the characteristics of the production line of thin slab continuous casting and rolling, the various process parameters of the production process were controlled and 87 mm × 1 538 mm thin slab; take controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology, rolled to get 7.9 mm × 1 538 mm of the coil. After testing, the production of pipeline steel without mixed crystal phenomenon, the mechanical properties have reached the requirements. Observed impact fracture, found ductile, no stratification, the production of the X60 reached API-5L standards and engineering requirements.
